SUGAR Junkie

Everyday after I eat lunch – I immediately get a sugar craving that is so intense that I give in and buy a chocolate. This has been happening for years, the only time I don’t reach for a chocolate is if I eat a take away instead of a healthy meal. HELP!

Background
• I stopped smoking 3 years ago
• I am 1.6m tall and have a Jennifer Lopez body – tiny waist and big bottom
• I moved my main meal to lunch time about 2 years ago and lost a couple of kilos but felt much better every morning – not bloated anymore. I used to fall asleep immediately after eating my dinner meal – it was so embarrassing. (I never ate breakfast and was content)+- 55kgs
• I decided to become healthy and go to the gym to tone up my body and stop the take-aways. I was not totally unhappy with my body however I wanted muscle and to look toned.
• I started gym a year ago and now regularly go on average 3 to 4 times a week. (started weight was 55 went up to 57kg- was told it was muscle)
• I introduced breakfast when I started gym and more nutritious meals
• I have on and off tried to work on my weight – I would always want to get 2 to 3 kilos off at any time in my life – my goal weight = 55kg – what I was before starting gym.
• I have over the last 3 years gradually stopped the take-aways and moved towards more nutritional meals. (However every time I do this I put on weight and as soon as I go back to take-aways I loose the weight again? I think that it is because I feel full for ages and don’t crave food, therefore I loose weight – eating healthy – I want food all the time and even though its healthy I eat more food)
• I am also now weighing 60 kilos from gym and getting worse.


I don’t understand – I have done everything right – stopped smoking – introduced breakfast – eating more small nutritious meals – going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and I am not getting any better – actually I am getting worse.

Besides the sugar craving issue every afternoon – which I have had for years anyway – I just can’t seem to come right. I have spoken with everyone – from a nutritionist to a body therapist – spent loads of money being told that I need to change what I eat, when I eat, how I eat – when I exercise what exercise to do and then going to body therapist for detoxes etc etc .

I am doing all the right things and none of them can explain why I am getting worse. I went to join a slimmer’s club and got turned away because they say I look fine and don’t have a problem. However a month ago I did a body fat analysis and I have 25% body fat – that’s terrible. My husband has been a fantastic supporter as he has watched me go through all of this and can’t believe that this has happened – he is a gym freak as well.

I realise I am not over weight and this all sounds like I am being really over sensitive and fussy. But when you have put this amount of effort in and want to look good and end up being worse off – you start to become depressed about it.

Please help – the only thing left for me to do is get off the sugar rush – and trust me I have tried for years – I can give up smoking but the sugar craving wins every time – I actually get in my car and drive for a chocolate no matter what time. I have tried to ignore it and 3 hours later I cant anymore and go get one.

The second thing is do you have any suggestions on why I am gaining weight after making all these good life style changes, I cant believe it is just the sugar craving but believe it should help if I can get it under control. I am really tired of spending all the money with people who tell me to do all things I am doing and then at the end say they don’t know what to say – but they have all taken my money. It’s crazy! I just don’t understand. I want to be healthy – look good!

Please desperate for a real solution.

Two things.

Sugar craving is a sign of a homeiopathic Miasm , the Psoric.

Two chocolate is a tranquilliser|stress relief.

Do you use PURE dark chocolate , if not this may help .

Assuming that it will not upset your husband -- pack in the gym work. They are right it makes you heavier!

Try either
Calc or
Nux Vom
or Agaricus
according to which matches your temprament best .

darker the chocolate the better,all if you need to have sugay in your drinks use stevia
