cant get into deep sleep please help
For the last 5 years i been taking prescption sleeping pills, but I dont want to take them anymore. And for the last 2 night I have not been able to sleep I quit cold turkey. I been taking the homeopathic remedy 'calm forte' but I seem to wake up after 4 hours of sleep. I need something that will keep me asleep for atleast 7 or 8 and put me into deep sleep. I also have anxiety which I was prescribed xanax for. Yet dont want to take due to dont want to become depended on it. I havent been able to sleep and feel refreshed in years. Arnica 30c in the wet dose has helped many. A teaspoonful can be taken twice daily with the last taken just before sleep.
It is understood that all stimulants like alcohol, coca cola, coffee and tea 5 hours before sleep time are avoided.
Exercise is also essential to increase the body's demand for sleep.
White noise like a radio tuned off a signal and preferably with a sleep timer will be useful.

Hello Joe I have read that you use arnica 30c in the wet dose will try that and I dont eat any sugar or drink or anything like that i am super healthy just cant seem to sleep. After not sleeping for 2 days i went to the gym and worked out to try to make myself more tired and still woke up after 4 hours. I cant seem to fall asleep or stay asleep i been to so many doc and have so many blood tests done and they still cant figure it out. But after 5 years its beging to take a effect on me I am very tired and fatigued. So will try the wet dose tonight.

Two doses of Coffea Cruda 200 in a gap of one hour before going to bed.
This suggestion is for you FriendlyC..(.not necessarily will work for everyone).

a dose of Coffea 200 works great for me when Im lying in bed with my mind racing a mile a minute. Its effects are very similar to that of a sleepin pill. 15 minuts after the dose and I start getting drowsy.

And it has no side effects....whereas allopathic sleeping pills have side effects...which cause complications for the rest of your life.

Dear Pankaj,
I have developed sleeping problems recently in the last 2-3 months. I find it hard to go to sleep and then I wake up at almost the same time every night for urination problem. I don't want to resort to sleeping pills although I tried it for a couple of weeks infrequently, few weeks ago. I have tendency to keep thiniking about one or the other thing even if the things are not important. I need something to shut my mind off so that I can go to sleep and then stay asleep.
Do you think Coffea 200 would work in my case? Also will I have to take it for ever to go to sleep if it works for me?
Thanks
Barora

I have tried every prescription product on the market for insomnia and none of them worked; my cousin referred me to the web site narcomundo there I purchased a package of Somatize. I tried one serving and I was a sleep in 20 minutes and after using it for 3 nights I did not need it anymore. I am not joking!
