Hernia

Dear Doctors & Readers,
I am 42,healthy person.I was operated 16 years back for right side hernia and I feel that it is back.I have few questions to experts.
(1)Is it curable without operation?Can somebody suggest?
(2)I used to get headache sometime( once in 15-20 days).Is it normal?
(3)I was having posture BP problem.Can somebody suggest ?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Any fluid filled cavity is called Hernia. Where was the hernia, what was the probable cause and when did it happen etc? Need more information.
