Hernia

Dear Doctors & Readers,
I am 42,healthy person.I was operated 16 years back for right side hernia and I feel that it is back.I have few questions to experts.
(1)Is it curable without operation?Can somebody suggest?
(2)I used to get headache sometime( once in 15-20 days).Is it normal?
(3)I was having posture BP problem.Can somebody suggest ?

ok dont worry dear use these homeopathy medicine NUX VOMICA 200c at bedtime daily five drops ,LYCOPODIUM 200c afternoon five drops daily and morning time before male SULPHUR 200c only 15 days and report me best of good luck
