social anxiety disorder
me is suffering from social anxiety disorder.i am encountering the following symptoms1.i am not a confident person in social, professional and academic siturations
2. i have a very low self esteem about myself
3. it often occur to me that i am not in control of my life and not enjoying it
4.i have depressive mood almost al the time
5.i have severe shyness problme too and as a result i have confine myself in my living place only
5. other people think that i am a proudy person but fact i avoid meeting new poeple to the extreme
6.i am not a clear headed person and a confused person. i do not know what to say next to other person and always find myself in search of word to keep conversation going which is impossible for me
6.i want to take on the challenges of life and enjoy it but is unable to do so.
so in the light of these symptoms is there any homeopathy treatment for this disorder.

Use Anacardium 1M one dose on three successive days and wait 3 weeks to judge result.

I have exactly the same symptoms.
I know how it feels. I feel left out since i cannot keep up conversation, since i don't know what to say. I have no friends.

Walkin are you a doctor. and is there any side effect of Anacardium 1M that you recommend to me as a remedy for social anxiety disorder.
There is a online doctor who said that it will take atleast one year to treat my social anxiety disorder.

Anon from your post it is clear that you tried sepia 200 in 2004.i want to know whether this remedy work for you.
I am so much confused which treatment work best whether sepia 200 as recommeded by Dr pankraj or Anacordium 1M as recommeded by Walkin. you also asked Walkin about the use of Anacordium 200 instead of Anacordium 1M.Did you use Anacordium 200 C and what is its result. I felt better after taking Sepia 200C as you saw in the post. but i am the same again. But my impatience got little bit better, I think.
So, do you have the same syptoms as me? I always wanted to talk to somebody like me. It feels better.
I took one dose of anacardium 200 C today in the morning and if there is any improvement i will let you know.
Are you from India, Where do you live? Are you female?
And i don't know what would be the side effects.

Hi Anon me is male and live in pakistan.I suppose you are a female and sepia is recommended for female.
I am suffering from social anxiety disorder for the last so many years and post the symptoms earlier.Please let me know where your social phobia is standing now and what is the result of using Anacardium .
