Please, please, please HELP: - Scars

Age: 18
Gender: Male
Skin colour: Asian Indian - Fair Skin

Family Hitory of ACNE: Yes both from mother's ad Fathers family sides, Father affected by acne in youth, mother free from acne. Two of my sisters suffer from chronic ACNE, its reall bad, and the other two are completely free of acne.

ACNE Locstions: Only present on face, no-acne or spots on Back nor on the chest, only the Face is affected.



I am 18 and have had ACNE since the age of 14/15.

My acne got really bad when i was 16/17. My GP doctor finally refered me to a Dermatologist in Hospital; whom put me on Roaccutane 20mg per day, as the 408mg lymecycline was not effective(i was on these antibiotics for 3months prior to being prescribed with Roaccutane}.

i was diagnosed with severe Cystic and Nodula Acne by my dermatologist.

I was on Roaccutane for a 16week course, and have now been off it for 3-4months.
I am very happy with my skin, although i am now left with acne scars :(

Firstly, when i was on roaccutane i got some 'in-grown spots', and a brownish scar after the roaccutane stopped the spot forming into a boil.

I have small red/brownish pimples on the cheeks still, and uneven skin, especially near the chin and on the nose, basically all over the T-zone.

I used to get alot of Zits, {giant Spots}, on my nose,now that they have gone, I am left with uneven skin on my nose, they are not pitmark scars, but are convex and resemble the shape of the Zitt that used to be their, yet in a smaller form, like a small dome shaped scars that make the skin uneven, and they are noticable.

I also have giant Pores on my Nose and Cheek area, i suffer from Blackheads still, and oily/greasy skin on the nose, forehead, and chin, and partially the cheeks.

I have also developed spidery capillery marks on the end on my nose and on some areas of the nose where the Zitts used to be. I have been using 'Skin Doctors Capillery Clear Cream', yet it is not very effective, and indeed the capillery marks have spread on my nose by 1-2mm.

I have recently began to get spots again, yet no-Zitts. I have been getting small whiteheads and boils, even after the Roaccutane treatment. Which i was told was rare.

Anyway the Acne i am getting now is far less than that i used to get prior to Roaccutane treatment. Since Roaccutane i have not had a Zitt on my face.


Now i have been doing some research on this forum ABChomeopathy, and use the advice on previous posts, yet i need some help with a few points, for the medicines and potency to use.

I read on another post on thi forum that: 'Fluoric Acid helps with scarring', will this help in my case?, also can this be purchased from a Homeopathy store, and what potency do i need and how many times should this be taken daily?

Also that Arnica 30 potency, will help rid the Capillery marks. Yet they state to have it four times a day in tablet form.
I have purchased Arnica 30potency from my local Homeopathy store, in liquid form, How many times a day should i take this {I also have Arnica in 200 potency, from a previosu ailment, can this be used also?}?

I also purchased Causticum Hahnemanni, also in 30-potency, I am not sure if this is the correct potency or how many times to take daily, using the medicine finder on this website it stated Causticum treats most of the problems i have outlined.


I would appreciate any advice, indeed i can return the homeopathy medicines, {if i dont open them}.

If you know of any other medicines that will help with my problem(s), i'am willing to try them, please state the numberof times to take them, and the instructions {e.g: under the tongue, dilute with water in a teaspoon, AND the potency}
