pilonidal in lachesis type

I first wrote on there in November 2004 and received this advice:
myristica 200
then silicea or hepar sulphuris

I ended up going the Silicea route - the cyst (that had never drained before and had been lanced twice) drained on the 2nd or 3rd morning. I then went to see a homeopath here where I live. He continued me on the Silica as I had already started although I don't think he would have used this otherwise on me. He also put me on a regimen of Bach's Rescue Remedy every two hours. He determined that all of my stress becomes concentrated in my lower back, which then creates inflammation in my pilodidal. This is true, I become overwhelmed easily and have a lot of anxiety about things, organizing and coordinating things. With the holidays coming here in the States, I have been VERY stressed.

My question is this: my pilonidal has become inflamed again. I immediately started on Silica 30 at 3 times a day and Bach's Rescue Remedy about every 2 hours. Today is the fourth day and I haven't seen any results. No drainage. More pain. I'm very worried. My lower back is still aching even though my husband has tried to massage it. I've tried putting colloidal silver on it also. But hole remains small (pin-sized). I HAVE NOT taken the Myristica yet, but maybe I should have.

I'm a Lachesis type.

Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.
