CELL SALTS - HISTORY.

Also known as 12 TISSUE REMEDIES. The theory was proponded by Dr. WILHELM HEINRICH SCHUSSLER in a Medical Journal in Germany in the year 1873.

Although , some research on the topic had been done by others as well from 1832 onwards.

This branch of Homeopathy is known as Bio-chemistry. Though, over the years some homeopaths refused to accept it as part of Homeopathy.

It is generally accepted as a branch of homeopathy >>> in many ways an effective branch.

CELL SALTS - BIO-CHEMISTRY.

Briefly, the concept is that everything in the human body is made from cells which keep renewing themselves in a specified time span.

Twelve in-organic salts make the cells or contribute to the formation/cleansing of the blood in the body. Apart from the organic matter we consume as food.

Deficiency of one or a combination of more than one of the salts leads to disease. By providing the necessary salt/ combination of salts >>>out of the 12 >>> to the body results in elemination of the disease.

The salts also act as preventives.

The twelve TISSUE REMEDIES OR CELL SALTS ARE:

1. CALCAREA PHOS.
2. CALCAREA FLOURICA
3. CALCAREA SULPH.
4. FERRUM PHOS
5. KALI MUR
6. KALI SULPH.
7. KALI PHOS
8. MAGNESIA PHOS.
9. NATRUM MUR

11.NATRUM SULPH.
12. SILICEA (made from sand)

The system is effective if disease is detected early and corrective measures taken promptly.

Also effective as a preventive for disease.

You might have seen, in may of my posts on this Message Board, I have suggested the use of some cell salt or the other or a combination.

Many companies market the combinations known as 28 CELL SALT COMBINATIONS for specific states of the human body. Example >>> for Fever combination No. 11. Skin disorders No. 20 .... like that !

Thanks for informations. When we look at the chemical composition of human body, more than about 98% of our total inorganic part/minerals are covered under these just 12 salts. Balance portion are some other trace elements. In consideration of this, can we consider that these just 12 remedies can handle 98% of all our disorders?

Brought this up for Peet69 and Bekind2others.

Out of all these cell salts, I put Silicea on the top.

Animals have better immunity because they eat grit along with the food. About 10 years before, flour was ground on the rock mills so it always added some Silicea but these days flour is ground on steel mills.

In India, there are few water flour mills left, although rare (on canals or in the mountains) people stand in lines to pay double the cost to grind wheat and other grains because that flour contains Silica and it keeps immunity perfect. Whenever there is a serious sickness in the home, people travel several miles to get the grain grinded from stone mills (althought they dont' know the reason behind it)

People wait for their turns to fetch water from hand pumps situated on the canals, because that water is pumped from very low cavities and contains Silicea.

Silicea is a very important suppliment for human body.

My Q on cell salts (I have the bioplasma 12-salt combo) is whether it interacts in any way with 'standard' homeopathic remedies. Is there a downside in taking bioplasma every day, for instance, whether or not you are taking other remedies? And is there a reason, such as the very low potency of cell salts?

Hay Folks !!

If u r taking the 12 salt combo....known as no. 28 ....it works as a tonic for many ailments across the board.

However, it is capable of anti-doting some of the homeo meds.

No harm taking the 12 salt combo for 3 weeks in a month. Can repeat it for another cycle of three weeks.

By the way... it also contains Nat. Phos ...about which Joe goes ga ga !!

Incidentally, I was one of the first to bring Nat Phos to the view of many at ABC Forum. Then Joe picked it up as a life-time mission.

No regrets !! Nobody holds a patent on it....generic in-organic salt!!

Silicea is from sand....(lovely beaches..around the world).

Can you please let me know when you or anyone else for that matter brought NP to the view of anyone on the ABC ?

Do I undestand that you discovered that NP reduces weight ? As far as I know, I believe I was the first person in the whole world to observe and record that NP does reduce weight. I did this on Christmas Day 2004, the day before the Tsunami hit Sri Lanka.

As for its ability to help gastric conditions this was recorded as you are aware by Dr Schuessler over 150 years ago and it is not by any means a new discovery by you or by me.

It is just that I have recommended it more often than most others to help with GERD and other gastric conditions as I have observed that it is by far more effective that any other remedy including Nux Vomica which I do not think can ever equate NP.

I felt that I should mention this fact as both you and Dinesh insisted that Nux V was far more effective than NP when the reverse was the case.

Dear Joe,
I will dig thru the Archives and do that. Around the same time (Tsumami)you also sent me e-mails saying that your son had taken NP for 15 days and he noticed a weight reduction.

Let me also inform you that NP will not reduce weight for all individuals...it would do it only for those whose constitution matches the need for NP.
