5 months pregnant baby feels heavy

I'm am currently 22 weeks pregnant and taking bio strath drops. I am experiencing a feeling through out the day that the baby is incredibly low into my pelvic area and that it may fall out. I can use my hands to jiggle my lower stomach upwards and this seems to be a moment or two of relief. Does anyone know whats happening? If this is normal? or should I be taking a remedy to fix this feeling?

I'm in a similiar situation at nearly 18 weeks. Did anyone ever have any suggestions? I'm starting to get a little concerned.

I went to Dr. Leffler in Woodstock and he gave me a remedy, since I later ran into low iron and feeling out of breath as well. It was too the point that I would hear voices as a distant noise and see everything blur together as though I would pass out.
