Eczema on eye

Dear Friends.

I have amy daughter 14 years old she is suffering from eye eczema last two years at the end dr said he can not do more because she has sensetive skin..dr give her cream name yamanouchi and he said any time she needs she can use it..but now a days her eczema getting more seriuos and she start to use alot of this cream and no result coming up good urgent help need..generaly all her body naturaly has sensetive skin but no eczema..

Is it dry or wet.
Her desire and aversions regarding food and drinks.(cravings).
Food and drinks which increases or decreases the eczema.
Under what circumstances complaint increases or decreases.
Thirst/thirstlessness.
Appetite.
sleep.
Feels hot or cold.
Likeness and dislikeness.
His mental attitude.
Any other complaint associated with eczema.
