Chronic Sore throat & constant cough

Currently I have bad throat for last 4 weeks. Persistent cough has made me mad. I have done full antibiotic course for 10 days & still it has not helped. 4 weeks back I had yellow & blood spots in my spit. Now I have lot of yellow colour thick with each coughing & when I scrap my tongue with tongue cleaner. X-Ray was done for confirming TB but it did not show any signs of TB. I used to have white deposits in my tongue. Front in now mainly clean but I also have some white bumps in my throat that are just behind nasal entry. If I try to scrape them off, I get some bleeding in my tongue.

I had similar bad throat about an year ago which lasted about 2-3 months & then I had similar antibiotic course which did not helped much & by the time all the test of my spit & blood was done my throat was OK in 2-3 months time. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in one of my blood test. I started on dosage of 25 then gradually moved to 50, 75 & now 100 after regular blood test. I did not had any bad throat during last year (few time minor) so I thought that me problem is over but because of current problem I am back in square one.

My past history:
1) I used to have very bad sinus/running nose in days of exams when I was in school.
2) I had asthmatic attacks about 8-10 years back for about 2 years when lot of checks were done & I finally was cured by ayurvedic medicine.

I am 32-year male 510 & weigh 100KG. My weight jumped about 15 kg in last 2 years & hypothyroidism was the cause told. I am on thyroxin 100 everyday.

Please help me to solve my problem ASAP. Thanks in anticipation.

Give your current symptoms and indication of throat-i.e.
whether painful. red, worse by hot/cold drinks ..

Currently my throat is bit painful. I feel like coughing every minute. At night it have to get suddenly because of cough. Sometime there is scratchy & breathlessness feeling sometime which starts cough. There is lot of phlegm (Thick yellow). Sometime it comes out with cough & sometime I scrap from my tongue or come out with gargle. I have totally stopped taking any cold drink & yoghurt as it makes it worse. I take hot drinks Tea, Turmeric Milk, Ginger tea that makes it better for about 30 minutes & then it is back to normal.

I have managed to get Hepar Sulph 6c as 30c was not available in my local store. I am new to Homeopathic medicine so please advice me can I take 5 pillules? Advice on medicine given is:
Adult : 2 pillules every 2 hours for first 6 doses, then 4 times daily for up to 5 days or until symptoms.

Please advice ASAP, as I want to start ASAP. Thanks a lot for your help.

I would have preferred Hepar sulf 30c . You can take 4 pillules/globules twice a day as indicated in earlier post
