Case of Asthma

Can anyone suggest some remedies for a friend ,60 yrs who is a case of asthma . His history in short.
Asthma started in dec 92. Since then gets 2-3 attacks every year. Symptoms worse in cold, exposure to smoke, bad and strong odour, after heavy meals, wheezing starts after stress and exertion. Associated with heart burn. Expectoration little white , comes out easily. feels better by sitting. Maternal side has h/o asthma ie, mother and maternal uncle. Whenever he has attack he has to take inhalers, steroids, theophylline. Palpitaion sometimes.

Mentals-- Impatience, disciplined, conscientious, straightforward, gets hurted easily and gets attack. sensitive, feels better by consolation. Social, firendly, helping out of the way, without expectation in return, Clairvoyance, does not hold grudges,likes company, always cheerful, worries for family members specially children who are grown up. Worries even if they come late night. Worried about their future. Does not argue with children on the differences of opinion ,leaves it . Sleeplessness can get up easily by slightest noise.

Desires for sweets. Chilly pt.Dreams of dead person, travelling, being unprepared for any business deal. Nervous before any imp business deal.
