CAN HOMEOPATHY HELP WITH FIBROIDS?

I have ben battling fibroids for about 20 years now. had a myomectomy(removal of fibroids) in 1996. they grew back. dr says i have a tumor the size of a 5 month fetus. wants to do hysterectomy. can anyone help?
