high blood pressure

hi i am Malik from Pakistan.the problem is with my brother.he often get high blood pressure.he works in an office so he feels very heavy head.sometimes he feels a hurdle in taking breath.
sometimes his nose throws water.
he often feel soar belches too.
plz suggest me any cure for him.
