Dr. help with remedy Potency

Some years ago a homeopathic doctor gave me a high dose of Carbo Animalis for Lupus and Thyroid.For burning skin, etc. It helped. I would like to try on my own as I have been out of touch with Dr.Question is how high of a dose can I take and what is the antidotes??Pease answer soon. Elizabeth

try 30c twice daily for 7 days only wait for result and repeat after one week as one dose daily for five days j k mohla
