Cystic Acne?

I am a 40 year old woman and I've never ever had a problem with acne- not even as a teenager. The last two months have been hell! For the last two months, starting one week prior to my menses, I get these awful looking red lumps on my chin. They seem to be very deep under the skin. They are always red and swollen and extremely painful- to the point that I cannot sleep for more than two hours. They never seem to form a head- and at time ooze clear pus.
I am very active. I strength train and I run 10 plus miles a week. I eat only organic foods and I buy only organic household supplies, cleaners, and beauty products. I do not smoke or drink. I do drink 80 ounces of H20 per day and 2 cups of tea- licorice root and sarsaparilla.
My concern is that these cysts or lumps have something to do with the ovarian cysts that I have on my ovaries?
I have very heavy periods but they are more manageable since I started drinking the tea's. Any advice would be most helpful. This condition is starting to affect my daily life because it is so hideous looking and painful- It's taking a toll!
