Help For Hiatus Hernia

I was diagnosed with a 3cm Hiatus Hernia a feew years ago, I've been putting off surgery as mostly I can cope with it, but sometimes it becomes really annoying and actually antisocial. I dont fancy going out for meals or travelling. I dont actually have heartburn, just bouts of really liquid in the top stomache nearly at the point of vomitting, any natural cures out there ?. I've tried some internet ones, Refluxamine, Digest assist, but to no avail....
