Fistula
In January, I had an perianal abscess which was lanced by my doctor. He was able to drain it and i felt alot better. Unfortunately, it did not heal properly and it has formed into a fistula. My doctor advised me to do surgery but i am afraid to.For the past 2-3 months, i have been dealing w this fistula. I have tried silicea 6x and a wet dose of Arnica 30 for the past month and it really hasnt helped. The area will get swollen/hard and it will drain pus. Typically this happens during the beginning of the week and towards the end of the week it seems to get better...repeat cycle week after week. The pain seems to lessen but that could just be me being used to it. Ive kept the area clean, bandaged, etc...
Just today, it felt swollen and it drained. No blood. Just brown/yellowish color w/ a weird smell. Is this a natural occurence?
Is there a different treatment that i can take?
PLEASE HELP..

dear patient,
Usually silicia-6x works excellent in cases where the pus is formatting. But in your case as per your statement it does not work. Then I suggest you to enhance the potency of silicia as 12x instead of 6x so that pus is dained and continue it for a week and report.
