Headache

I have been operated for Tympanoplasty . Since then I am regularly getting headache on the operated side that is left ear side. It gives slight throbbing pain over left eye and also makes me dizzy. I was advised to use Bryonia 30 and arnica6 . It was effective initially. But now when I am using Bryonia it gives not much relief( I havent used Arnica as I ran out of medicine) Would this combination have to be adhered to get the results or byronia is not working. Please suggest the appropriate remedy
