cervical spondylosis

i am sufferung from cervical spondylosis from last one year. i have been taking rhus tox 30 and bryonia 30 and doing exercises

symptoms
pain in neck when i turn head left or right
buring sensation between shoulder blades
diziness particularly after i look down
crackling sound when i turn head but get relief after the sound
please suggest some remedy
