Hi Rishimba
I'm not able to find pulsatilla in 12C potency in nearby stores. The availabilities are in 30C/6C/9C in pellet form. Is it ok to use other potency? If yes then which one and what will be the dosage? To get 12C potency in liquid/pellet form will take almost a week.
Thanks!

It will take around 1 week for pulsatilla with 9C potency to come to store. They had currently 30C at the store. Until pulsatilla comes, can we go ahead and try ARS ALB or do you want me to get the 30C potency for pulsatilla and try?
ursraj last decade
please try some doses of ARS ALB and check response.

I'm still waiting for pulsatilla. Meanwhile I have been giving her ARS ALB. Since the last couple of days we are noticing she has some small rashes on the back of her knee joints with watery liquid in those rashes. What should we do to treat those. Those are not the eczema rashes she used to get. Please suggest.
ursraj last decade
please continue with ARS ALB.
any kind of discharge from the skin as a result of taking a remedy is a good sign.
ARS ALB was matching the modalities and thus, if you are observing a skin discharge, its actually a sign of cure.

Those rashes are very itchy, is there something that we can use to comfort her besides using moisturizers that we have been using.

Hi Rishimba
Her rashes have increased drastically over the last couple of days. Should I continue giving her ARS ALB? Also, Pulsatilla has arrived and I am going to pick it. Please suggest what should we do?
Thanks

please stop ARS ALB but dont start PULSATILLA now.
lets wait for a week and see if the aggravated rashes are getting cured now.
this period is the test of patience.

Ok, I will stop ARS ALB from tomorrow and will update you in a week.

Hi Rishimba
I wanted to update you on my daughter's condition. Her skin has become drier and rashes are all over her body. Most of the times she itches her body.
Thanks

lets wait for some more days.
once the condition comes back to the original state, we will start pulsatilla.

Hi Topaz
She had cradle cap when she was infant. Last night she was scratching her scalp as well, most likely she has dry skin/rashes there as well.

Hi Ursraj,
Has your daughter ever been prescribed anti-fungal creams and if so, did they help the rash to reduce at all? I ask this because when a cortizone cream is prescribed by allopaths, they usually also prescribe anti-fungal creams to help the rash 'disappear'.
You have done well to stop all cortizone on your daughter as they are the worst form of suppression.

Hi Topaz
She was never prescribed any anti-fungal cream. We managed her rashes mostly by using moisturizers/oil and used cortizone when her eczema really got worse. There was one more cream that was prescribed by her doctor which was steroid free and right now I am unable to recall its name. We used that cream once or twice only.
Thanks

The safest oil to use is organic virgin coconut oil if you 'must' put something on her skin to help with the rash. It won't clear it but only help ease the scratching. Maybe try a small patch of skin and see how you go. The last thing you want is any kind of bad reaction.

Hi Rishimba
Its almost one week since we stopped ARS ALB. We are not seeing any improvement in her rashes and its increasing only. Another thing that we have noticed, while changing her clothes in the morning, some dust like particles(probably some discharge from her rashes and skin itself after getting dry) on her clothes. All these things are really new. Please suggest what should we do. Do you want us to wait and observe for some more time? Also she is not able to sleep continuosly during night because of itching.

we need to wait till all the new symptoms clear off.
PULSATILLA can be tried once the conditions comes back to the initial status before taking ars alb.

Hi!
What a classical case of failure.A well begun case is spoilt at times by bombarding the working remedy time and again. The indian homeopath did nothing but abusing the great science of Homeopathy. After a rightly indicated remedy was found by dr. Rishimba i fail to understand what was the necessity to continue daily doses? In homeopathic practice SECOND prescription is the most difficult task.Ingenuity coupled with knowledge of direction of cure need to be the pointers for second prescription for any and every Homeopath.

Hi Sarup
I fail to understand your point here. Right now we are not giving any medicine to my daughter. As Rishimba pointed out that ARS ALB might be the correct cure and I really do hope so. I would appreciate if you can clarify further.

hi ursraj,
i really dont have a clue. probably he talking about ars alb being repeated too much. i suppose so.
but we actually need to see a response with a 9C or 12C potency remedy before we can stop it.
how many doses of ars alb did we give to your daughter before we got the response?
please dont worry, skin affections are never easy to cure and even the best of the homeopaths re-analyse the case after the first indicated remedy fails.
its a part of the treatment process.
