fever and swollen feeling

My teenage daughter came home tonight sick. She now has fever and says her face and neck feel swollen.

I can't get much information out of her because of her condition. She is lying down with blanket just over her feet and wants a cold compress over her forehead and one on her neck. She is congested too but sometimes blows her nose.

I have given one dose of Phosphorous 30c because of the desire for a backrub and cold compresses but don't know if I'm on the right track. There was no improvement that I could tell.

Any advice would be appreciated.
