Here are some pictures of gum abscess
before treatment

and after treatment with

Ars.Alb 200

and plantago 30

and followed by Silicea 1M
Calc.Sulp have been used but to no avail.

but still there is small amount of pus coming out at the edge of the teeth.Can any one recommend how to cure this deep seated abscess.

The following remedies may work in bleeding and pus filled gums as per Boericke.
ULCERATION (Pyorrhœa alveolaris) -- Aur., Bapt., Carbo v., Caust., Cistus, Emetine, kali c., Kreos., Merc. c., Merc., Nit. ac., Phos., Plant., Sep., Sil., Staph., Sul. ac., Thuya.

If there are problems in matching the totality of symptoms, staphysagria 30c may be tried. Hekla Lava can also be tried if staphy fails.

A dentist has no option but to remove this ailing teeth. But patient do not want to lose one more tooth.Because there is no end of this extraction.

This abscess is healing with extra care being taken with the help of spiritous and astringent wash. Vinegar diluted with water and rinsed the mouth daily four times. A occassional rinse of mouth with A weak solution of burnt Alum(10grain to six ounce of water)has been found beneficial.

After each food few drops of dilute Sulphuric acid (0.005N)
mixed with one cup of water and rinsed is recommended for removing teeth plaque.

So finally cleaning is a major aspect for controlling mouth abscess and odontalgia.
