Which is stronger,,,30x 0r 30c? I do not know the diference.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
30c is the higher potency, 30x is lower. Higher potencies are techinically stronger but it is not accurate to describe homoeopathic potenices this way. Lower potencies are closer to the original substance - if you are dealing with something like Arsenic or Mercury, that would in fact make it stronger than higher potencies because it is more like the gross (toxic) substance.

Potency is selected on a number of considerations - Similarity to the case, Depth of disturbance in the patient, Acuteness and intensity of the symptoms, Sensitivity, Degree of tissue changes in the patient.

As you can see, it is somewhat complex, and a qualified practitioner should make the choice of potency.
