cold ...plz reply

i am suffering from severe cold ..
the symptoms include
^ running nose watery discharge from nose, nose turns red
^ watery eyes burning
^ sore throat dry thirstless
^ irritation (itching) in throat and ears eyes...skin also very sensitive
^ weighing head cannot tilt..
^ left nose blocked..
^ tireness
^ anger rises and results in crying...

usually this develops into viral fever and infectious cough on 2nd day..i am frequently caught by colds and fever....i am very sensitive to cold air...and when someone who is infected passes nearby i also get it...usually i prefer sweet taste lot..but during infected times i hate them and any other food to be taken..i weigh 42kgs 19 yrs old..i am very sensitive girl...an ambivert.....
can u suggest some remedies to cure this condition as well as prevent frequent attacks....
kindly help..

i feel better in warmth...cold air aggravates my condition...i believe that i am highly influenced by cool air and drinks..so i use to avoid cool drinks and cover my ears while travelling at nights...i like to take warm fluids always....
