Ohh Ok, thanks for your replies again. I currently don't have any symptoms. So what would you guys like to know after the end of 3 weeks? I mean I really wouldn't know if it worked until I'm outbreak free for a while, so far I've had almost one outbreak a month.

I drink few cups of tea and coffee everyday, So I should not drink that at all? Also, you particularly mentioned wine, you mean avoid any kind of alcohol or just wine in particular? Sorry to be a pain and asking all these questions, I just want to be sure.

If you don't have any symptoms than why should you create this post? No, you dont need any homoeo remedy right now. Do not take it as mentioned in my previous post. If you want to cure yourself with homoeo treatment; you need to control your drinking habit specially Coffee and Wine & all kinds of drinks which have alcohol as ingredients because it can antidote homoeo remedies.

While I agree that it is best to stop wine, alcohol, and coffee consumption, I have cured cases without patients stopping such things. In fact, in my experience it is somewhat rare for anything like this to meddle with the good effect of a correct homeopathic remedy.
I've got two patients on Nat-M at the moment, one who drinks, and the other who is a regular smoker, and both are responding to their remedy very well.
I would recommend that you take the Nat-M as recommended immediately.

Info.rahiq I posted this because I deal with this every month and from what I know I have to live with this condition all life. I thought homeopathy could probably remove the virus completely from my system. But it seems like that's not the case? I'm definitely trying to control my consumption of alcohol and coffee but its hard to live with the thought that I might break out anytime unexpectedly. I'm not a person that sleeps around, I'm just an unlucky person who didn't use protection while having sex with this one girl. Guess it only takes one time...so now you say I don't take Nat M and Jewish Homeopath is saying I should. I'm a little confused!

I didn't take Nat M, I totally changed my diet to see if that would take care of it. I didn't get an outbreak for two months, I ws happy but now all of a sudden I have an outbreak, so I'm buying Nat M this weekend. Will let you know what happens, what would you like to know? i take Nat M and I guess I should not get an outbreak? If I don't get one for atleast 5 months, i will know that it really worked.
