gingivitis

hi there.....i've been having bleeding gums for the past month but have only started taking kali phos 30 for the past 2 weeks...however the bleeding does not seem to stop....it bleeds all the time,when i brush too hard. however bleeding subsides if theres activity....upon waking i find my saliva satined with blood...my gums are soft and receding....any solutions ?

Are you taking kali phos on a homeopath's advice? If not how did you arrive at that remedy; there are a few that may be appropriate, depending on the specifics of your case. (do they bleed when you push them with your finger? what colour is the blood? What does it taste like? etc)

Try typing "bleeding gums + receding gums + soft gums" into the remedy finder on this site, and see what it comes up with.

Aside from homeopathy:
How hard do you brush? The brushing may also be a cause of the bleeding. Gently does it. Brush gently from the gum line down.
An antiseptic mouthwash may also be beneficial.

Are you a diabetic?
Stop brusing hard in the first place.
What is your deentist;s opinion.
Homoeopathy can stop the receding gums.

No, never brush hard, it's not good to do it that way. Use a soft bristle brush and be gentle yet thorough and also follow the advice above or whatever suits your problem as you wish. Just be kind to your gums. I hope you find the right remedy. Good luck
