Severe Endometriosis please help
Hi everybody,I am 26years old female suffering from endometriosis. I have always had painful periods since the time it started (when I was 12 years old, regular 28 days but, things started worsening 3 to 4 years after that (I was under emotional stress at that time )periods were so painful that at times I used to faint. Though I did not suffer from hirsutism or much weight gain (used to workout regularly).
I was diagnosed with PCOD in 2006 and was put on pills like yasmin and glycomet, Things improved for the time being but not completely. I completed my engineering in 2008 which was a slump period and struggled a lot for my career and so was under very high stress/depression.
In 2009 september I was diagnosed with endometriosis through an ultrasound, the pain felt was in the whole abdomen acute biting pain in left kidney area with severe UTI towards the end of periods, painful urination with difficulty, painful stool. I was advised to continue with Yasmin then in 2010 I was given 3 Lupron injections which didn't help either and my gyne prescribed me a laproscopy. She didn't do anything in the surgery and said I had a frozen pelvis and put me on more estrogen duoluton and ovral g which aggravated my condition. On this my gyne told me to get a hysterectomy done! We ran for a second opinion and to stop the growth of chocolate cyst the gyne told me to take 30 mg of Meprate (Medroxyprogesterone Acetate) daily. I took the course for more than one n a half year (with dosage decreased to 10 mg daily in the last 4 months)during this time I got no periods, no pain and cyst size got reduced from 4.8 cm to 1.2 cm in left ovary and a small one in right was gone. Meanwhile I got married in july 2011. Me n my husband wanted to have a baby after around 1 or 2 years so dr told me get get a mirena installed. Because the doctor used to sit in a catholic hospital she told me to get mirena installed from outside. I reached another doctor who totally declined to do the procedure and told me to have a baby.
On her prescription I stopped taking Meprate and in just one month my cyst size increased from 12mm to 24 mm! Now at this time I have come back to my previous doctor who prescribed mirena. She has told me to take meprate again till the time we decide whether we should go for Mirena or an pregnancy/IVF. She said by gods grace I have good follicle count but haven't ovulated because I got only spotting in the one month I stopped taking mirena. Also my husband has a good sperm count.
Please, please tell me what should I do. Should I go for mirena or a pregnancy? If I try to get pregnant then i'll have to stop taking meprate which will cause the cysts to grow again and it gives excruciating pain with severe UTI symptoms. Can I wait for 1 or 2 years safely with mirena and still take homeopathic medicine to reduce the cyst or maintain it for some time and then plan a pregnancy?
I have been taking Thuja 10m, Selicia 10m amd Conium 10m at 5 days interval for over 8 months.

A homeopathic doctor in India. Why did u ask? Is it not suitable for endometriosis?

This is too much and too often. You need not take any remedy for several months now. The remedies should have been taken one by one and the impact of each should have been assessed instead of moving from one remedy to another.
