Severe Osteoporosis

My mother has severe osteoporosis, it was confirm after her DXA scan.
After that doctor advised her Aclasta injection once in a year, The experience was very painful for her,
There is no improvement in her bones pain and she is still feeling
severe pain in legs, joints, spine and recently in finger joints.
I don't know what treatment should be given to her, She was diagnosed 10 years back when she was 35
years old and had
Tumor in her Uterus, the doctor then operated her and removed her Uterus
but didn't tell her to keep taking Oestrogen
hormones or may be my mother didn't know its importance.
After some days of the operation she again had pain in her stomach and diagnosed with Stones in her Gall bladder and once again operated and got her gall bladder removed. She then got busy in her daily life but now she is having all these problems, she is a strong woman but now getting weak internally,
This is her total history,
Kindly suggest some remedy for her to make bones strong and relief the pain and inner weakness.
also tell me that what kind of food she should eat and what other things she should do,
Thank you..
