I am taking nat phos 6 x and using arnica wet, but I noticed the nat phos 6 x dissolves instantaneously. is this supposed to happen? only been using four or five days, so I can't really say if its helping yet.

Yes- nat phox cell salt tablets do dissolve instantly.

There are other remedies for this, if this does not help you-
