Pudendal neuralgia

Dear Sir,

There is pain in my pudendal nerve at regular intervals.

My erectile dysfunction problem is getting worse day by day also. I don't get erections while lying on bed. By manual stimulation while sitting on bed makes some erection, but it is lost as soon as I stand. This happens even when i take viagra.

Also I have low libido these days.

Please suggest me a good remedy for this problem.

Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 7 days (only 3 doses in 7 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Thanks Dr. Kadwa.

I forgot to mention that besides this problem, my coccyx is also dislocated and sitting is very difficult for me and it pains a lot when I get up from a seated position

Pls advise whether nux is okay or any alternate remedy required

If Nux Vomica 200 doesn't help take Phosphorus 200 in the same way.
