reflux in 3 month old

Our 3 month old son suffers from reflux and feeding issues. He refuses to take the milk bottle and expressed breast milk. As soon as the bottle touches his lips, he starts arching his back and cries inconsolably.

We tried homeopathic remedy i.e. Na Phos 6x, though we saw some improvement after giving one tablet only but baby was restless and had unusual cough. So I wanted to ask if that is expected or shall we reduce the dose?
