Lichen Planus Problem
Sir,I am Sivan and 26 years old male. I got lichen planus 7 years before and got treatment from an allopathic doctor.But the disease is not cured and could you treat this problem.

Sir, I don't know which event had caused this lichen planus. For this lichen planus the allopathic doctor prescribed me to take
1.Fluconazol-150 Mg 2 tablets a week for 3 months.
2.Metrogyl-400 Mg 1 tablet daily for 3 months.
3.Betnovate cream to be applied on the skin(lichen planus is on the right leg).
4.KenaCort 0.01% injection for every 15 days.
I followed the above medicines for 2 years and at that time the disease got cured but now it has relapsed.
You asked me to give a picture of the affected skin part.The colour of the affected skin part looks like blackish and also reddish if rashes or itching occurs.Only at the time of itching i take Cetrizine-10 Mg tablets.I dont't have any picture file to show you.

Sir,
Recently, the itching started once again just 45 days ago and since then I have been taking
cetzine 10Mg daily at night.I also noticed that if I don't take this for 2 days the affected skin part gets red in colour and decays.Yes,there is burning in the skin part and itching increases after contact with water.

You asked me the particular event that caused this problem.Before this problem began, I walked over the road which contained muds and soil where a bridge was on construction.The soil and mud splashed on both my legs and I think this may be the event.

At present I am taking homeopathic medicines such as,
Caladium 200, Whitechestnut for my erection problem.Can I take Sulphur-30 along with these medicines.And also pl tell me the dosage for sulphur-30 to be taken. ThankYou.

Yes, you can take Suphur-30 along with other medicines.
If pills then 6 pills twice a day, if you have liquid then 3 drops in one teaspoon water twice day

Sir,
I took Sulphur 30 for the past 18 days and I found no itching on my leg and previously I sent an image with a wound on my foot dated on 2014-10-09. It also got healed.

The redness is not found in the affected skin part and looks dry black in colour.Also, No itching.The affected skin looks old with shrinkage and dryness.
I heard about Probiotic drink which is useful for this kind of disease.Could you name any Probiotic supplement.Shall I take Amla juice or Triphala juice.

1. There is no need to take Triphala Juice because it is a laxative. It may harm
2. Pl take every day pro-biotic drink 'Yakult' which is available in mall or big grocery shops
3. PL do not eat polished rice and milk and dairy products (sweets)
4. Now you can stop Sulphur-30

Sir,
I am a pure vegetarian and I stay in Chennai.
My food is to take mostly rice only twice a day and Idly or Dosai or chappatthis in the afternoon time. I take 3 Tumblers of coffee daily and stopped taking Curd for the past 10 years because whenever I take it I get cold. I saw the details regarding Yakult and I found it to be beneficial.
Pl tell me the change that I should make in taking food and also tell me if any medicines to be taken further.

We stop the medicines now and wait fir some days is there any recurrence.
You can eat hand polished rice if available. If not then leave it.
Pl do not take malk and dairy products.
Pl give feedback after 15 days

Hello Doc,
I m 28 years old female,suffering from lichen planus when i was about 12 years old.
I have this problem on my legs(below knee to ankle).
I have taken medicines for it in my childhood but from last 12 years ,i have not taken any medicine .
2 year back while searching i got to know the name of diseases,then i searched for homeopathy treatment online i got this forum.
i tried the medicine suggested in one of forum in this site by Booboo,and it worked now 90 % of my problem is gone as i have repeated this course twice.
