Evocationer Help. eczema 3 year old

Hi ,

My 3 year old son is sufferring from Eczema since he was 3 month old. we have tried all sorts of medicines, creams, oils etc but nothing is helping. Would need help from the experienced doctors in this forum.

It started when he was 3 months old. Has eczema on front of elbow joints, back of knee , finger tips (only index finger), toe tips , belly area. Sometimes back on the ear and on neck. recently started on upper lips.

Steroid cream helps a little but only temporary. He scratches and gets the blood out of it. Gets worse in winter. Can't see his pain . Please help.

Thanks

Don't use a combination medicine. That isn't the best way to use homoeopathy.

One medicine at a time with proper assessment of the result is the safest way to heal.

I will post my children questionnaire when I get into the centre this morning.

trust me this a world best medicine for eczema. and don't use any type of cream or lotion. you see result in one week. don't eat and drinking anything 20 mniutes before and after when take you medicine.

It's not homoeopathy. I assume she has asked for my help because she wants a homoeopathic medicine.

If the poster wishes to try a non-homoeopathic form of treatment I will of course withdraw.

Working on this right now.

Evocationer last decade
Ok if I look at the following rubrics:

Eczema worse winter (petr)
Eczema better summer (petr)
Itching, must scratch till it bleeds
Jumping
Eruptions dry
Eruptions dry, bleeding after scratching (alum, Ars, Calc, Lyc, Petr, Sulph)

This suggest the remedy Petroleum. As there his disease has not penetrated that deeply, I would only suggest a low potency. There has also been a certain amount of suppression with orthodox medication so the eczema will be sensitive and likely to aggravate. We need to be somewhat cautious.

Can you get either Petr 12c or LM 1 (0/1), preferably in liquid form.

My instructions will vary a little depending on which one you are able to get.

Evocationer last decade
Thanks Evocationer for looking at it. I really appreciate your help.

I can find Petroleum 12c in liquid form. What is LM 1 ?
I have to order it from WHP. They have it in different volume 15ml,30 ml,50 ml. How much should I order ?

Thanks
coolme

coolme last decade
LM1 is the LM potency range. It may be denoted as the 50 Millesimal potency range. Often you will see it written as 0/1. In cases of suppressed skin diseases it is the safer potency range to use. However, we can adjust 12 to work in a similar way.

15mls is plenty, you will be using very little of it.

Evocationer last decade
By the way, if you are having to order a remedy, you should also get either LM2 OR 30c as well in Petroleum.

The next most indicated remedy was Psorinum. Depending on how fincancial you are, you could also order 12c or LM1 of that remedy as well. It is possible you may never need it if Petr works well though.

Evocationer last decade
I can only find 200c in higher potency.
I couldn't find psorinum on the site. I will check with the only store here, in the morning.

Right now we put him the steroid cream on his eczema that his pediatrician prescribed. It gives temporary relief to him but we are not comfortable with the side effects that it could have.

After we start his homeopathic med, should we stop putting any cream on him to see if homeopathy is working?

I will order it today so will get it by next week and will start then.

coolme last decade
The steroid cream is going to make this process much harder. As it is suppressing the symptoms and pushing them inwards, and homoeopathy attempts to push those symptoms outwards, conditions like eczema can become very reactive.

However, if you withdraw him from the creams there will be a reaction for the worse from him. If you plan to do that, you must do it prior to the remedy being given, not at the same time. Otherwise it will be impossible to tell which is responsible for any worsening of his symptoms.

The problem with his case is that the only real symptoms are skin ones, and if we are unable to observe the changes there because the orthodox medication is suppressing those symptoms, it will be hard to know what the remedy is doing.

It is a difficult situation to manage. There will be consequences either way. How willing are you to allow him to go through withdrawal?

Evocationer last decade
Ok,I understand. At this point we will like to give it a try. Its difficult to see him suffer but I hope this helps him for longer term not just temporary.

We also have a homeopathy alternative cream florasone

Cardiospermum-Cream-1-oz/dp/B0009EIN2O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1412046590&sr=8-1&keywords=florasone " rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://www.amazon.com/Florasone-Cardiospermum-Cream-1-oz/dp/...

Do you think its ok to use it with the medicine ?

Thanks

coolme last decade
I wouldn't exchange one suppressive medicine for another. The choice is to keep him on the steroid cream or take him off it and use no medicated topical treatments at all. I will work with you whichever way you choose, however, and I cannot say which would be easiest for him.

Evocationer last decade
Coolme,

Psorinum has to be ordered from
Helios Homeopathic in the UK- you
have to have a prescription in usa to get
it. The LM potencies also need to be
from Helios Homeopathic- takes about
2 weeks to receive.

Thanks Simone, I see the med on helios website. I will order it from there.

Evocationer, I have a question

When I searched for Petroleum , I got following 3 , which one is the right one ? I think the kerosene one , please confirm

Petroleum Crudum Nor. (Norwegian crude Oil)

Petroleum Raffinatum (Unleaded Petrol 97 RON)

Petroleum (Kerosene)

Also, for liquid form it has following , which one to choose

1) LM liquid
A 10% alcoholic solution for taking LM potencies orally.

2)Oral liquid
A 23% alcohol solution suitable for all potencies.

3)Mother tincture
An alcoholic solution of the raw herbal ingredient. They are taken as drops in water.

Please confirm these.
Thanks a lot for all your help

coolme last decade
The Petroleum we refer to is the one made from crude oil.

10% or 23% alcohol is suitable.

Evocationer last decade
You think it's the first one that i should order. ?

coolme last decade
The one made from crude oil yes.

Evocationer last decade
Thanks Evocationer.
I am also ordering psorinum , but the site doesn't show LM1 or 12C. It has LM2, 18C, 30C.

which one should I order?

Thanks
