High Blood Pressure

My mother is suffering from high blood pressure problem. Her blood pressure is 140/90 today. She is 53 years old.
Please advise a remedy

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
My wife had high blood pressure going above 150/90. Rauwolfia mother tincture 20 drops twice a day helped her BP down. Just telling you my experience.
