Severe cough and fever my 4 yr daughter

Daughter 4 yr has fever Max 103c last 3 days with coughing bouts,some chest congestion.fever frequency about once in 8 hours.managed byallopathy .the fever shoots up but then drops down after using paracetamol and mefanimic acid combo.please suggest some Homeo med to quickly remove her congestion and control her repeated coughing.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1-how is the thirst,hunger,motion and sleep?
2-is there any other symptoms like: vomiting,headache ,pain in legs,restless leg,redness , etc?
 
gaintrox last decade
She's is reluctant to eat but has improved. No symptoms like u described.sleep OK.mood pulled down type.but when no fever she does play.
