Cough cold and fever

A 15 months baby boy is having fever cold and cough since 15 days. Asking water but taking a small quantity.
After cough some mucus coming from mouth.

Please give him the following remedies twice a day for a week...
Pulsatilla 30
Arsenicum Album 30
Belladonna 30

One dose means 2 pills each of all three remedies at a time.
