Bach Flower Remedies
Dear All,Whenever I take Bach Flower remedies, I get heaviness at back of head. The feeling is like squeezing / pulling of brain and it is painful. My upper back, neck and head muscles get really stiff. I feel I am not getting enough blood supply to brain. When I stop taking the remedies, symptoms goes away.
Its really strange. What does this mean? How to tackle this?
Im unable to continue remedies more than 1 or 2 days because of these physical symptoms.
Please help.

Hi,
There are the original Bach flower remedies, which are not
a potency- just the flower that has been put into water in
the sun.
Then the Bach flowers have been made into homeopathic remedies,
and have potency strengths- it is not the same as using
an essence.
What flower remedies are you taking, homeopathic potency
or just the essence? And are they the real Bach flower remedies
or made by another company?
And, even if you are taking the essence, they bring in
different mental and emotional states and you may be taking
the wrong ones.
If they are causing problems then don't take them, if you can't figure
out why.

Hi Simone,
In India, you get Bach flower remedies in every alternate medicine shop. Definitely they are not imported from UK so I dont know how they are manufactured.
My acupuncturist said that I am emotionally burn out and cant handle emotion whether joy, grief or fear etc. What remedy is advised for such situation?
Many Thanks !!!

Hi-
You can put your case on here-
But you cannot do acupuncture and homeopathy at the same time.
They are two different systems.
The homeopathy works by the law of " like cures like"
The body has one set of symptoms going on. ( mental, emotional,
physical, and what makes the person better and worse- this is
called your unique totality) The remedy
is to match those symptoms. When it is the right match,
the body will not accept it, and raises the life force to
clear out imbalance. The clearing usually follows a path (
google Herings Law of Cure)
Many times some symptoms get worse briefly and then you
feel mentally better, and then the physical symptoms show up
briefly and then leave- ( being cleared)
So if you do acupuncture at the same time, the things
that are being cleared will show up to the acupuncturist as
problems in a meridian- and they will then work on that meridian
and stop the homeopathic process from working.
I am curious whether the Bach flowers you took are just the
essence or do they say things like mimmulus 30c - bc that is
a homeopathic remedy not the simple Bach flower.
If you want to try the homeopathy, you would fill out
the answers, in detail to this form.

and I can look it over and suggest a remedy.

Thanks Simone, I would like to go ahead with Accupuncture right now.
I was asking for suggestion regarding Bach flower for Emotional Burnout and not homeopathy.
And yes, there is nothing written on bottles like 30C.

In my experience with the Bach flowers, ( the essence)
help with changing habits of thinking and feeling
bc they bring in another type of energy state and
they block you from thinking or feeling the way
you always do.
It gives you some space to change habits or feel what
it is like to feel another way.
Bottom line- if you are having these reactions, they
are not helping anything so I would either switch
flowers or not take them.
Good luck to you.

What may be helpful for you, is to do a new post.
Ask for Dr. Mohla, he is a homeopathic dr. but he
prescribes Bach flowers quite often for people.
You would need to tell him what you are taking now,
and how many drops and how often- he may have a different
suggestion on the flowers and dosing.
Let him know you do not want to do homeopathy, just
the bach flowers.
Regards,
Simone
