PLEASE help me and prescribe a homeopathy treatment for my 2nd BC. The first time it happened was 9 months ago and I did not know what it was so went to the ER for it -- it was lanced, drained, and multiple attempts at a word catheter failed so eventually it was just packed with gauze and then just cleaned and allowed to heal. Since then, I have been careful about taking sitz baths and applying witch hazel with tea tree oil, HOWEVER, I have slipped from my routine in the past 3 weeks and now feel an inflammation and a tender cyst on the same side. I hope its not too late to try some homeopathy this time as I do not wish to have surgery again :( :( :(

2nd BC in 1 year - 9 months apart. This one is smaller but I feel it becoming larger with some discomfort when walking, sitting down. The first one 9 months ago was the worst pain in my life and completely did not allow me to walk

I noticed that I had a sore throat on day 1. On day 2, a slight fever. On day 3, slight fever wont go away and when I checked, there was already a small lump -my second BC

Currently, no prescription medicine. When I had my first BC, I was given antibiotics (Bactrim and another one). In the past, I was taking cranberry supplements because I was prone to UTI(stopped 4 months ago only because I forgot to buy).

I am a private person with close ties to family and friends. I am in a serious relationship for the past 3 years-high emotions involved. As a person, I take my time doing things and try to be very precise or thorough. I am sometimes impatient, but grew to learn patience as I became older. I strive for excellence in whatever I do. I am allergic to bad vibes and try to surround myself with positive people. If I cannot do well, I leave. I have a strong flight or fight disposition. I try not to seat the small stuff - but this BC coming back makes me feel depressed/worried. I thought I was doing well taking care of myself already. I am generous with time and effort with the people I love.

pus - from my first BC it was first light yellow/white and then became clear as it healed

urine - light yellow

stool - light/med brown

I have a 40-45 day cycle. My next period is coming in 1-2 weeks. Several years ago, I had to take progestin hormones to normalize my period. It seemed to have worked. I have severe cramps the first 1-3 days of my period and usually take painkillers or else I will not be able to work.

Discharges - I'm afraid that I actually had bacterial vaginosis in the past (I only self diagnosed). It happened before my first BC for a few months. I did not try any medicines except changed my diet: less meat, more veg; and it seemed to have went away after my first BC experience.

No, but active.

So, right now, there is no pus draining? Is the BS area hard or soft?

Thank you for your reply. The BC is soft or tender to touch. It feels hot. I have been doing sitz bath and warm compress. My first one was hard, a few months ago.

There is some pain when touched or walking. No other discharge.


I'm also thinking of taking Mucinex from the pharmacy - would you recommended this togethe with the homeopathy remedy?

Go ahead with the remedy Staphysagria 200C as suggested. Once the BC starts draining, then, inform about the color of Pus immediately.

Thank you. I've ordered the Staphysagria and hopefully will arrive soon as the pain is really uncomfortable. Am I correct in understanding that I will dilute 4 drops in two tablespoons of water and take that as is? What should I expect after taking the remedy and how soon should I notice any relief?
I will update again and hopefully it will drain soon (my first one didn't and had to be lanced)

Hi -- I'm still waiting for the delivery of the Staphysagria but have continued my sitz baths. The swelling and pain is worse today, but I'm noticing some pus from the area (only a little droplets after the sitz bath). The color is white, only very slightly yellow. Is there anything else I should be doing? Is it okay to take pain killers as the pain is such a discomfort? There is still no relief from pain despite the small amount of discharge.

My order is due to arrive tomorrow, Monday- I ordered on a Saturday and chose next working day delivery.

I am unsure if the white is drainage from the BC or v-discharge (my period is due soon and I usually have discharge leading up to it). The swollen cyst doesn't seem to be softening nor getting smaller. I am feeling the left side becoming more swollen, moving upwards and sideways towards where my leg connects with my hips.

I've taken some medicine for pain, it helped a little during the day. Any other guidance you may have at this point would be much appreciated.

It's 2.5 hours since my first dose and I noticed a half circle rash on my torso, left side (same side as BC), near my waist. Is this related? It looks red, almost (if not) like the start of shingles. It is not painful. Should I be worried?

Thank you for your reply -- I was beginning to feel worried.

The pain is worse, like a bearing down feeling and stinging at the same time (I did not take pain killers today because I knew the remedy was arriving). I feel the pain moving down and backwards. Carrying heavy items or coughing makes the pain worse. Lying down helps, if I lie down long enough the pain goes away (like when I wake up in the morning).

I just finished a sitz bath but there is no additinal drainage or pus. Earlier today, there was a little creamy white, slightly yellow discharge.

Except for thinking that I'm getting shingles, which made me worried, I am mentally the same. I feel sharp, but can't seem to concentrate enough to work because of the pain. I feel very annoyed to be going through this Bartholin abscess again :(

Also, I felt hungrier after taking the medicine so I had some eggs, veg. I'm not craving for

...I am not craving for my usual glass of wine with my usual evening meal. That is usual for me - when i am sick, I don't seem to like any alcohol.

So, how do you feel now?

The pain feels worse on my Bartholin abscess when I woke up and didn't go to work today because I couldn't walk properly. No improvements on my rash, it looks the same but not painful. Mentally, I feel great - sharp and open. I feel disabled by the pain and that makes me feel irritated/unfair that this is happening.

Would you have any thoughts if these are signs that the remedy is working? I should continue my next dose today?
