sore throat

I've been up all night. My throat is sore. I feel the post nasal drip down my throat. I'm not in that much pain, but I just can't fall asleep. It hurts more when I swallow and I feel pressure in my ears. The right side of my nose is blocked.

bell 200 twice a day for 2 days. If this doesn't help Nux Vomica 200 in the same way.
