Costochondritis or what?
Hello Docs,I have pain in my left chest for last more than 2 years. I have gone through ECG, X-Ray but led to no result related to other diseases.
Now from last more than one month the pain increased a bit more and somtimes (once or twice) in week I feel a sudden sharp pain while taking a deep breath on left chest region.
I had gone through an Endoscopy and diagnosed by H. Pylori infection (but not ulcer) and treated for that for around 3 months (taken HP Kit for 7 days). Now some times I feel a bit gas, bloating and belching but altogether this therapy gave me relief from stomach disconfort and heart burn.
Now when I complained to my Doctor about this chest pain then earlier he said its nothing but just some "pleurisy" but later he said it is related to simple Costochondritis and prescribed me some Voveran Tabs & Gel to apply and that gave me some what relief from pain but now again I am feeling pain back in same way.
Please suggest is there any medication which can help me in reliving this pain, I dont wnat to go for alopahty.
Thanks,

Costochondritis is an inflammation of the cartilage that connects a rib to the breastbone (sternum). It is the most common cause of chest pain originating in the chest wall and not in the heart. Sometimes it's accompanied by swelling and redness (Tietze's syndrome). Costochondritis can be associated with arthritis.
Signs and symptoms include:
Pain and tenderness in the upper part of the chest. Pain is usually fleeting and sharp. But it may also take the form of a dull ache that lasts for hours or days.
Worsening pain with certain activities, such as deep breathing, or with pressure to the area

Thanks Dr. Sharma for posting a remedy. I will try and report you the results but before that I would like to ask few questions:
I had ECG and X-Ray normal but still can it be related to something serious (heart, lung)?
Is there any other test which should I go for proper diagnosis of the cause of this chest pain?
My present condition is:
I feel pain in chest and back (almost just behind where I feel pain in chest)
Sometimes feel weakness without doing any hardwork.
No fever, No weight loss, no cough, stool is normal, urine is normal, no blood sugar
