costochondritis
Is costochondritis a chronic issue? How long can I expect this to go on? The pain is getting much better, but I have to take it really slow still. My doc think it was caused as a result of exericsing, chest exercises and weight lifting. Any suggestions for treatment?Took NSAIDS for 1 week. Unable to see a chiropractor/DO right now, but when schedule permits, i will try to do so. Stopped taking NSAIDS. Just icing.
Please help! Would like to return to active lifestyle!

it is a chronic it will take time to cure . you can take pulsatilla 200C and Mag Phos 3x three times in a day along with your excercise . report me within a week about improvement.

was only able to find mag phos and took it 3x a day for one week, saw improvement. Only did light walking for about an hour a day. No problems. How long should I take the mag phos? should i take it with pulsatilla and does it matter if the pulsatilla i find states its for some other ailment (colds, runny nose, etc.) I had a re-flare up though on Tuesday after doing some light weights, but Its not too severe.
should i start taking the mag phos again?
