Arnica 30c in the liquid dose can help if taken just before sleep.

Joe,
Would arnica 30c be for someone who is sleepy upon going to sleep, but wakes up after 5 hours and can't go back to sleep? I suffer from anxiety/nervousness

I have discovered that Arnica 6 or 30c is the ultimate remedy for Insomnia.
It is possible that the reason why you wake up in 5 hours is because your body does not need any more rest. The test is to check if you still feel sleepy or lethargic after you get out of bed and say watch TV or read. If your mind is active, you do not require any more rest and you can put that time after you wake up to use to study. They say that the best time to study is just after you wake up.
As for your anxiety complex, you can use Nat Mur 6x or 12x and see how you respond. Dose 2 tablets twice daily.
You might also consider doing some exercise like brisk walking or gym. The idea is to sweat it out to increase the demand from your body for sleep.
