Doctor pulsatilla Q wat is the power n when should i start taking the other medicine

I am off from the ocp , there is excessesive hairfall from my head , n all the physical symptoms are same like before. my periods come at a cycle of 30 days are scanty , not proper , there is always a feeling of lost in me , as if i have done with whatever i am doing , i am taking utrofyne syrup as of now only ., my hair scalp is visible now.
pls provide with some medication which restores my hair n solves this cyst problem.

Today is my 4th day of periods, its scanty , i have a period of 5 days
