Frequent urination

My nephew (Girl) of age 19 years has been suffering from frequent urination about 15-20 minutes interval from several years. She has taken Borax-30. But no response. Please suggest any remedies.

She has been suffering from urinary incontinence from her childhood. She have to go for urinating frequently i.e. 15 to 20 minutes for 5 or 6 times particularly after taking water. Other syntoms are normal. But thirsty.

She have to go for urinating frequently i.e. 15 to 20 minutes for 5 or 6 times particularly after drinking. Aggravates in cold weather than hot weather. Please suggest remedy.
