I feel very nervous and fearfull in public..

my abdomen feels contracted and Whole body becomes stiff as if i will collapse..

feeling of shivering and trembling..

lack of confidence in speaking and handling situation..
feel very small in comparison to others

mouth specially lips feel very sticky..

APPEAR SMALLER THAN MY AGE..

one thing i need to bring in your notice is my skin has small vesicles of hair follicle which shows roughness from my childhood which i can say is my skin is not smooth..
