Bacterial Vaginosis, please help

Hi, please help me to cure BV. I’m over 40 y.o. (tiny brunette) and going to marry soon and I’m very disappointed by my condition. I never had BV before and my story started when we slept with my boyfriend once about 8 months ago, after couple days I noticed greenish discharge from my vagina without any smell. It was no pain and after few days discharge disappeared . I didn’t have insurance to go to the doctor but I found the information in internet that it could be if I have a new partner. All other months I didn’t have a sex at all but in the March I noticed more mucus then usual white color and no smell (it was not smell as fish at all). I had spotting bleeding in March and April between periods for 3 days. Also I begun to use natural methods like acupuncture, vitamins and herbs – they helped me to stop bleeding . The doctor found ASCUS and Gardnerella and told to take antibiotics (I think gardnerella did ASCUS ). I really want to find something natural to cure and last 3 months take a lot of supplements. Looks like it helps but my vagina still burning and sometime I have uterus pain on my left side (inflammation). I really need to do something to prepare myself for the marriage and sex (with the same man) and would like to be pregnant. Please help me with advise what I can try and can I take homeopathy and continue take herbs and supplements the same time? I tried to find for me remedy - I answered questions and got list and two first homeopathic were Calcarea Carbonica and Sepia.
I would like to have very fast result (week or two) because I’m going to marry soon. Please help with suggestions and tell me please what dosage I need to use. Thank you!
