sinus problem

Respected sir, I am a 22 years old boy .... it's very first time I am facing this problem, yesterday I fell some drawback on the left part of my noise,.. first I think it's because of Fluxes..... but after a lot of time it's not gone. .. so I looked at the inside of my noise. ... I looked there are some red meat inside of the left part of my noise. .. till now yet I am facing this problem .... So please suggest me.... Sir
