sore throat

the night before yesterday sore throat started on left side, felt sore all day yesterday, now it is scratchy in the middle not just one side, makes me want to cough. feeling tired

any suggestions

Please take the following remedies twice a day for 3 days.
Nux Vomica 200
Belladonna 200
Gelsemium 200

Nux Vomica 200 alone may be enough.

Dr. plz tell me the dosage of sulphur 30 and nux vomica 30.
