Pre Ejaculation with Diabetic problem

I am 32 years old, having diabetes since one year (140-150 sugar level before break fast) since 3 months I feel that I do face PE problem, and little bit erection problem also, less desire, please suggest me right advice, one more thing wanted to know homeopathy sweet pills are good to take for diabetic patient?
